Biography
Angela is a 2011 graduate from Mankato East High School where she partook in track and field, gymnastics and soccer. This Eagle Lake, Minn., was awarded four varsity letters and was appointed captain for gymnastics. She was given three varsity letters in track and was All-Conference three different times. Angela was also Section Champion as well as 4th and 8th in State for track. Outside of sports, Angela was on the A Honor Roll and was on Student Council. Daughter of Todd and Diane Substad, she is currently majoring in Nursing.
