Biography
Ashley graduated from Concordia Academy in 2010 where she was an athlete in volleyball, track and field, cross country and basketball. The Forest Lake, Minn., local was All-Conference and All State for four years in track. Also in track, she beat six school records, a handful of conference records, and got 5th in State in 2007 for 4x100. In 2008, Ashley went to State for the 100 and ended in 10th. In 2009, she went to State again for the 4x100 and ended in 2nd, then again in the 200 and ended in 6th. Ashley went to State again in 2010 where she ended in 1st place in both the 100 and 200. She was given the Athena Award and the Three Sport Award. Aside from sports, Ashley was in the National Honor Society, was a youth group leader, and a Sunday school teacher. Daughter of Lowell and Deb Magelssen, Ashley is currently majoring in Graphic Design and Interior Design.Â
