About Scotti: Moats graduated from Waconia High School in 2009. During high school she participated and lettered in basketball. She was named All-State Honorable Mention in basketball and was a three time All-Conference player. Moats was also valedictorian of her graduating class at Waconia. Scotti is majoring in Math and minoring in Art.
