Biography

About Erik:  Anderson graduated from Mounds View High School in 2007.  During high school he participated and lettered in football and baseball.  He also earned awards for Football and Baseball Captain, Suburban East Conference All Conference Baseball, Lions All Star Game, and Academic All State for Baseball.  In his free time Erik enjoys hunting, fishing, playing hockey, going to the cabin, and snowmobiling.  He is majoring in Business Accounting and Finance.  After he graduates from Bethel University, Anderson is planning on eventually starting his own business.

Why Bethel?:  "I chose to come to Bethel because I could play football and baseball, stay close to home and my family, and get a good Christian education all at the same time."
