SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The No. 26 Bethel University women's tennis team secured a 5-2 road victory over Hamline on Wednesday.
The Royals improve to 15-1, 4-1 MIAC, while the Pipers fall to 9-6, 3-4 MIAC.

The doubles point belonged to Bethel thanks to 6-0 victories from Lauryn Douglas/Michaella Sullivan at No. 1, and Elisabeth Langhus/Payton Douglas at No. 3.
Lauryn Douglas took care of business 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles, as did Sullivan 6-1, 6-3 at the No. 2 spot. Claire Keller came through with a 6-4, 6-1 triumph at No. 3, while Malia McKinnon rounded out the Royals victories with a 6-0, 6-1 defeat at No. 5. A hard-fought match occurred at No. 6 singles, where Zadie Walvatne dropped a narrow 5-7, 7-5, 1-0 (10-3) score.
The Royals will host Concordia (Minn.) at Ona Orth Complex on Saturday, April 18 at 12 p.m.
