BIRMINGHAM, ALA.—The Bethel University men's track & field team had individuals compete on day one of the 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship in Birmingham, Alabama on Friday.

Landen Liu registered a third-place time of 6.74 in the 60 meter dash prelims, which qualifies him for the finals tomorrow, Saturday, March 14 at 11 a.m. Grant Nelson's second-place time of 47.20 in the 400 meter run prelims secured him a spot in the finals, which will take place at 4:35 p.m. on day two.

The 60 meter dash prelims saw Pryce Ferrin register a 16th-place time of 8.23. Despite missing out on the finals, Ferrin's 16th-place time landed him 2026 USTFCCCA Indoor All-American Second Team. 

The men's 4x400 meter relay team of Elliott Kent, Victor Lelinga, Nelson, and Caleb Ketterling finished with a DNF.
