RESULTS
NORTHFIELD, MINN.—The Bethel University men's track & field team had individuals compete in the heptathlon on day one of the 2026 MIAC Indoor Track & Field Championship, hosted by Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota on Thursday. Day one consisted of the 55 meter dash, long jump, shot put, and high jump portions. Day two will include the 55 meter hurdles, pole vault, and 1000 meter run.
Eli Leafblad is in sixth place with 2401 points. He registered a second-place time of 6.72 in the 55 meter dash, and a fourth-place leap of 6.08m in the long jump. Leafblad also took ninth in the high jump (1.65m), and 10th in the shot put (10.03m).
Tim Hubers was next with an eighth-place score of 2279, while Aaron Elseth sits in 11th place with a 2227.
The Royals will return to action on day two of the MIAC Indoor Championship tomorrow, Friday, February 27 in Northfield.
