ARDEN HILLS, MINN.—The Bethel University women's tennis team cruised to a 7-0 victory over UW-Superior at the Duluth Indoor Sports Center on Friday.
The Royals improve to 3-0, while the Yellowjackets fall to 6-3.

Bethel swept doubles courtesy of a 6-0 victory from Lauryn Douglas/Michaella Sullivan at No. 1, a 6-3 decision from Elisabeth Langhus/Payton Douglas at No. 2, and a 6-3 win from Claire Keller/Zadie Walvatne at No. 3.
The singles flight also resulted in a sweep for the Royals. Lauryn Douglas prevailed 6-1, 6-0 at No. 1, while Sullivan was victorious 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2. Keller cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 3. Langhus capitalized at No. 4 by a 6-1, 6-0 margin. Rounding out the Royals' perfect team score was Walvatne's 6-0, 6-4 decision at No. 5, and Payton Douglas's 6-0, 6-0 triumph at No. 6.
The Royals will travel to Saint Mary's (Minn.) on Friday, February 27 for a 5 p.m. match.
