It was the final day of spring break competition for softball, men's tennis and women's tennis. Softball split its final day while men's and women's tennis both picked up 9-0 wins. The women's tennis team highlights the day with a now program-best 11 match winning streak. In early morning action, baseball fell to the Milwaukee School of Engineering, 9-3.

• The Royals were first on the board against Utica with a RBI single from
Sidney Bartels.
• Utica responded with a three spot in the bottom of the first that was started with a pair of bases loaded walks issued by starter
Abby Otterness.
• The Pioneers added four more in the third doing so on five hits.
• Bethel's bats went quiet until the seventh when Bartels notched a leadoff homer to left. The Royals went down 1-2-3 after that.

• Bethel manufactured a run in its first at bat as
Kayla Hokansons's single up the middle scored
Autumn Earney. Earney led off the the frame with a single, stole second and moved to third on a sacrifice bunt from
Lexi DeBace.
•
Kayla Simacek struck out eight of the first nine she faced to start the game.
• The Royals put up a crooked number in the third going up 3-0. Earney tripled and DeBace walked before stealing second to put a pair in scoring position. Otterness brought in those two with a triple down the left field line.
• An error in the fifth by BU and a two-out single in the six for the Panthers were the only thing keeping Simacek from another perfect game. She finished with 15 strikeouts.

• The Royals got their 11th consecutive win in convincing fashion. They did not drop a game at both No. 1 and No. 2 doubles matches.
• In singles play both
Michaella Sullivan (No. 2) and
Emma Thole (No. 4) won by not dropping a game at 6-0, 6-0.

Malia McKinnon picked up her first win of the season winning at No. 6 singles 6-1, 6-0.

• BU got its second straight win after not dropping a set to the Seahawks.
• Highlighting doubles matches was
Watson Sheard and
Carter Sheard winning their third straight match together taking No. 2 doubles, 8-3.

Carter Sheard won his seventh straight singles match playing at No. 1 for the second straight match. He battled to win the opening set in a tiebreaker before taking the second winning 7-6 (5), 6-3.

Robert Seaton moved his winning streak to six with a win at No. 5 singles, 6-1, 6-0.

• MSOE put up a three spot in the top of the first thanks to a pair of home runs.
• BU got one back in the fourth with a sacrifice fly from
Andrew Cardenas before a RBI single by
Jordan Krupke in the fifth pulled the Royals within 3-2.
• The Raiders plated one in the sixth while a double play ball on a flyout and a nice throw from
Joe Meurer in right got the runner tagging from third at the plate.

Noah Wenberg worked his way around the basepaths with an infield single, a stolen base and a wild pitch before scoring on a wild pitch in the bottom of the sixth.
• MSOE closed the game with five unanswered between the seventh and eighth.
