ROGERS, Minn. – Bethel men's tennis was unable to keep its winning streak alive, losing a tight battle to the Yellow Jackets of Wisconsin-Superior.
Finding themselves trailing 2-1 after doubles, the Royals were unable to turn the match around. They had a bit of hope as four of six singles matches found themselves in close, three setters, but only two of them came away with a win.
QUOTE FROM COACH FERNELIUS
"The guys battled an NCAA tournament team right to the bitter end. We had our chances, but unfortunately just couldn't pull it out."
