ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - Due to COVID-19 testing protocols the Bethel University women's hockey game with Saint Benedict College scheduled for Friday night, November 12, has been canceled. According to the MIAC COVID-19 competition plan any contest that is unable to be completed due to COVID-19 related roster issues on the assigned date will automatically be considered a forfeit for purposes of conference standings (a loss for the team unable to compete and a win for the opposing team). This plan was approved by the MIAC President's in October. The Royals will thus be charged with a loss and the Bennies credited with a win in the MIAC standings. The game may not be rescheduled as a conference contest.
