MINNEAPOLIS - The Bethel University women's tennis team continued its winning ways defeating the University Wisconsin-La Crosse Saturday afternoon, 9-0.
Doubles
The dynamic duo of
Maggie Riermann and
Grace Riermann were able to start the day off right by winning 8-1 victory at the No. 1 doubles spot.
Mackenzie Novak and
Sydney Rott had a tight match at the No. 2 doubles spot but were able to claim the win edging out the Eagles 8-6.
Meghan Schuler and
Rylee Schurman were capped thigns off at No. 3 doubles in a tough match, 8-4.
Singles
BU made quick work not dropping a set when it came to singe matches.
Grace Riermann stayed strong at the No. 1 singles spot winning 6-1, 6-2. Novak had some stellar play at the No. 3 singles spot and only dropped two games winning 6-2, 6-2.
Maggie Riermann continued her fantastic play at No. 2 singles winning 6-1, 6-2 while Schuler took No. 5 singles 6-2, 6-1.
