ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – The Bethel University men's and women's hockey teams enter into a pair of critical MIAC series this weekend against St. Olaf College. Friday the men will travel to Northfield while the women host the Ole's at the Bethel University Arena at and Saturday the teams will swap venues. The games in Northfield will start at 7:30 p.m. at the Northfield Ice Arena and at 7 p.m. the puck will drop inside the Bethel University Arena at the National Sports Center in Blaine.
 
Both teams are entering make or break time for MIAC playoff runs. Following a setback against Saint Mary's last weekend, the men enter this weekend in a three-way tie for second place with 10 points and St. Olaf sits just behind the pack with eight points. The Royals women are in a three-way tie of their own for third place and that group includes St. Olaf. The top five teams in the standings make the playoffs.
