MOORHEAD, Minn. - The Bethel Royals have done it again. For the third consecutive year, the men's tennis team has clinched a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) playoff berth, and they did it with authority by sweeping the Concordia Cobbers 9-0.

Tom Ronning (Jr., Alexandria, Minn.) rallied from behind and forced a tiebreaker set to win his match, while the rest of the team won in straight sets.
Bethel is now 9-4 overall and 6-2 in MIAC play, while Concordia falls to 6-8 overall and 2-6 in the conference. The Royals are scheduled to host St. Cloud State University at 4:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon at the Ona Orth Athletic Complex for their next match.
