ST. PAUL, Minn.
- Bethel took a 2-1 lead after doubles competition, but Saint Mary's rallied to win five out of six singles matches to claim a 6-3 win over the Royals at the Fred Wells Tennis and Education Center at Fort Snelling in St. Paul, Minn.

Heather Blair (So., Glenwood, Minn.) and Ashley Dohlen (So., Morris, Minn.) stayed perfect on the season in doubles play, while Kristin Kishaba and younger sister Allison Kishaba (Jr./So., Eau Claire, Wis.) also earned a doubles victory.  Allison would go on to be the lone Royal to win her singles match, helping her to improve to 4-0 so far in 2008.

Both Andrea Beegle (Sr., Edina, Minn.) and K. Kishaba forced a tiebreaker set, but in both cases, their respective competition squeaked out a win to take the match.

Bethel falls to 0-4 on the season and 0-2 in MIAC play.  Saint Mary's improves to 3-2 overall and 1-2 in the conference.  Bethel will travel to St. Peter to take on Gustavus at 9:30 a.m. this Saturday for their next match.
