FORT MYERS, Fla. - The Bethel Royals faced off against the Minnesota Twins rookie team at the Twins complex in Fort Myers, but were on the losing end of a hard fought battle.
Chris Nordell pitched well for Royals holding the Twins to one run over five innings. Bethel scored two runs off the professional Twins staff linking a couple of hits and a couple of walks together.
There was a great turnout of alumni at the game and all were able to share in food and fellowship afterwards. It was a great day to be a Royal and a Royals fan.
