Bethel University Athletics

Berg put together an impressive week as Bethel played 16 games in eight days on the Royals' recent spring break trip. The All-MIAC shortstop had 23 hits, of which 14 were for extra bases, including two home runs. She also batted in 18 runs and scored 14 to give Bethel an 8-8 record by week's end. Berg hit safely in all but two games and was 2-for-3 with two doubles against nationally ranked Central College as well as 2-for-4 against nationally ranked UW-Whitewater. She was 2-for-2 with a double in Bethel's win against D-II opponent, Saint Michael's College, and 1-for-2 with an RBI and two runs scored in a win against D-II opponent, UMass Lowell.
