Abby Furlong (Fr., White Bear Lake, Minn.) helped the Bethel women's track and field team earn points in three different events at the MIAC Championship meet last weekend. Furlong placed fourth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.43 seconds, second in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 64.21 seconds, and third in the triple jump with a leap of 36 feet, 2 inches. Furlong's contributions helped Bethel earn a 5th place finish out of 12 teams.
