EAU CLAIRE, Wisc.—The Royals finished 11^th at the Blugold Invite, hosted Friday night by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Evan Hatton led the Bethel contingent across the line, finishing 32^nd in a season best time of 26:32.4.

Anders Rasmussen (60^th, 27:01.9), Sam Nelson (91^st, 27:21.6), John Mark Shields (106^th, 27:43.0) and Andy Barnhart (130^th, 28:01.3) rounded out the scoring portion of Bethel's team. Shields and Barnhart's times were personal best performances, while Rasmussen and Nelson, like Hatton, recorded season best marks.

The Royals return to action Saturday, Oct. 15 at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse's Jim Drewes Invitational.
