LA CROSSE, Wis.—A personal best run from
Madeline Cramer led the Royals Saturday at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse's Tori Neubauer Invitational. The sophomore completed the 6K course in 23:46, good for 35
th place overall.
"Madeline made a huge jump today to lead the team, finishing 35
th in a national-level field" head coach
Joe Stephens said.
Cramer wasn't the only Royal with a solid day, as the team as a whole put on a solid performance.

Abigail Burr (96
th, 24:54),
Lydia Herath (139
th, 25:20) and
Lindsay Johnson (153
rd, 25:32) rounded out the scoring portion of Bethel's team. Inwards' and Herath's times were personal bests and Johnson's a season best.
"As a team, this is definitely the best race that the women have run this season," said Stephens.
Next up for the Royals is the MIAC championship meet, Saturday, Oct. 29 in St. Paul's Como Park.
