TrackShark.com Interview

LOS ANGELES - Marie Borner (Jr., Cottage Grove, Minn.) was recently interviewed by Nathan Patton and Jossi Fritz-Mauer of Trackshark.com, a website that features college and professional track and field news, rankings, photos and other related information.

During the 2007-08 academic year, Borner earned NCAA All-American honors in cross country, as well as indoor and outdoor track and field. She is the reigning national champion in the indoor mile run and is the defending MIAC champion in cross country. She was most recently the top runner in the Brooks Invitational, hosted by UW-Oshkosh, last weekend.

Borner will defend her conference title when Bethel competes in the MIAC Championships on Saturday, Nov. 1, at Como Park Golf Course in St. Paul, Minn.
