NCAA Legislative Services Database Internet (LSDBI)

The Legislative Services Database (LSDBi) is a useful tool for looking up bylaws and bylaw interpretations, which are published responses to specific questions about NCAA guidelines. The LSDBi has the advantage of being updated continuously throughout the year (versus once a year for the NCAA printed manual). To log on to the LSDBi, use the username of "member" and password of "lsdbi". - Link

 

NCAA Division III Manual

NCAA Division III has a manual containing its own set of rules (bylaws). This manual is published and updated prior to each school year. However, many legislative changes take place during the school year rendering the printed Manual obsolete. Any changes to the Manual are approved by the Division III Presidents and Management Councils.  The on-line version of the Manual is the most up to date version of Division III bylaws. - Link

 

NCAA Division III Rules Test

The NCAA Division III Rules Test is now required annually for all head coaches and athletics administrators with compliance responsibilities on an annual basis per NCAA Constitution 3.2.4 and Bylaw 11.8. 2008-2009 DIII Rules Test
