RESULTSST. PAUL, MINN.—The Bethel women's track and field team opened its season at the Hamline Invitational Sunday afternoon.
The 4x100-meter relay team of
Jillian Krier,
AddieKay Johnson,
Danielle Peterson and
Hanna Frekot turned in a solid mark of 49.73 to finish second overall.
In the 200-meter dash, Johnson and Krier finished third and fourth, respectively, posting nearly identical times of 26.00 and 26.02. Both of those times were personal best marks.
The "Fab Four" 4x400-meter relay squad of
Abby Duevel, Frekot, Johnson and Peterson closed out the meet with a third-place finish. The freshman foursome crossed the line in a time of 4:08.80.
Next up for the Royals is a meet at St. Thomas, Friday, Apr. 8.
