INDIANAPOLIS—The NCAA Division III Football Committee announced Bethel's postseason fate Sunday evening, as the field of 32 teams for the 2013 NCAA Division III Football Championship was released. The Royals, who completed its second undefeated regular season in program history yesterday with a 28-7 win over Saint John's University, learned that they will play St. Scholastica this Saturday at home at noon (Note: Different from the regular season).

Bethel's postseason matchup against the Saints will result in its eight trip to the playoffs in the last 14 years and the third in the last four seasons. BU received one of four top seeds in this year's bracket, alongside Mount Union, UW-Whitewater, and Mary Hardin-Baylor. The winner between Bethel and St. Scholastica will face the victor between Wartburg and Illinois Wesleyan.
 
This will be the third trip to the postseason for the Saints, however, CSS has never advanced to the second round in its six years of having a football program. Live stats and webcast will be available for this Saturday's contest here.
