GREENCASTLE, Ind. - Taylor Ferda (Sr., Whitefish, Mont.) qualified for the finals in the 55 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III National Championship meet with a school record setting time of 7.56 seconds.

Ferda broke a 10-year old record, previously held by Matt Young, by .04 seconds and had the fourth best qualifying time out of the field of 12.

He is scheduled to race again on Saturday, not only as part of the 55 meter hurdles, but also as part of the 4 x 400 meter relay team.
