MIAC Release

ST. PAUL, Minn. - Bethel University's Dan Greeno (Sr., St. Michael, Minn.) has been named the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week for his performance last weekend.

Greeno led from the gun to win the indoor mile run at the UW-Stout Open on Saturday with a time of 4:15.99. Greeno was mostly unchallenged in the race, winning by six seconds. His time broke the school record and dipped just below the NCAA provisional mark.

The Royals will enjoy a weekend off before returning to action on Saturday, Feb. 6, when they will be the hosts of the Bethel Invitational at the Sports and Recreation Center (SRC) on campus.
