Kishaba earns MIAC award

ST. PAUL, Minn. - As part of a conference-wide sportsmanship initiative, the MIAC announced the third annual All-MIAC Sportsmanship team for women's tennis. Members of the All-MIAC Sportsmanship team are selected by their coaches and teammates as individuals who demonstrate ideals of positive sportsmanship both on and off the field of competition. Kristin Kishaba (Sr., Eau Claire, Wis.) was selected as Bethel's representative.

In her two years with the program, Kishaba played as Bethel's #1 singles player this season and as the #2 singles player in 2008. Last season, she earned All-MIAC honors along with her younger sister, Allison, in doubles. Kishaba is also a two-time All-MIAC women's soccer player. This is Kishaba's first sportsmanship team award.
