About the Camps

For more than 30 years, the Bethel summer camps have taught players the high-level skills and playing styles used at teh college basketball level. Under the direction of the Bethel University men's basketball coaching staff, and with the help of high school coaches and current Bethel players, campers are taught the skills, hard work, and competitive attitude that is necessary to help them improve and show respect for the game.

Off the court, both camp pastor and music leader provide non-denominational teaching of God-centered values and strong personal character development.
The Mission of the Bethel men's basketball program is to build leaders who are men of character. Our culture is built on an eternal set of values:

Culture - Character - Trust - Respect

"At the core, we want to be humble and hungry competitors who are difference-makers in the lives of people. We get to play the great game of basketball, creating a basketball legacy of brothers who will stick together for a lifetime," says Coach Westlund.
