Before Bethel: 1st Team All-Conference (MCAA) 2005... All State (Honorable Mention) Class A selection 2005... Played club volleyball for Wayzata Juniros and Crossfire VBC... 2005-06 Crossfire team had top 10 finish at Northern Lights and the USAV National Invitational... Played one season collegiately at Trinity International University (NAIA) in Chicago.
At Bethel: Letter winner in 2007...played in 117 games averaging 2.32 kills per game and totaling 109 blocks...best match versus Augsburg with 14 kills and 3 blocks...one of two returning starters for the Royals.
Coach Hunt says, "Kelly is ready to have a break-out season. She works hard at practice and this year she has to be a go-to player for us."
About Kelly: Otto graduated from Southwest Christian High School in 2006. During high school she participated in golf and participated and lettered in volleyball. She also earned awards for 1st team All Conference in MCAA, "A" Honor Roll, and All-State Honorable Mention. In her free time Kelly likes to golf, swim, and hang out with friends. She is majoring in Business Accounting. After she graduates from Bethel, Otto is planning on taking the CPA exam and getting a job.
