NEW ORLEANS
- Both Marie Borner (Sr., Cottage Grove, Minn.) and Heather Jelen (Sr., Sioux Falls, S.D.) have been named United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Americans based on their performances at the 2009 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship meet.

Marie Borner
Borner was the national champion in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:27.41, which is a school record. It also set a venue record at Marietta College's Don Drumm Stadium. It is Borner's third national championship in the past 15 months, as she has titles in both cross country and the indoor track and field mile run as well.
Heather Jelen

Jelen finished in sixth place in the same event with a time of 4:31.35, helping her cap off a phenomenal senior year that saw her compete at the cross country, as well as the indoor track and field national meets.
