ST. PAUL, Minn. - Saint John's wrapped up its 31st Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship with a 41-14 win over Carleton. SJU takes its unblemished record into the upcoming NCAA Division III playoffs. Bethel closed the 2009 season with a 44-6 win over Augsburg, while St. Olaf beat Hamline 34-20 and Gustavus won a squeaker, 20-19, over Concordia. St. Thomas, hoping to secure a Pool C berth in the NCAA playoffs, stepped out of the MIAC and pounded Northwestern 63-14.
