COON RAPIDS, Minn. - The Bethel Royals men's golf team is currently seventh in the 10-team field at the MIAC Championships being held at Bunker Hills Golf Course. The Royals cut three strokes off their first round performance on Sunday by finishing the second round with a collective total of 315. The par 72, 6,857-yard course has proved tricky for the Royals thus far who look to make a jump in the standings.

Swenson is currently six over par on the weekend, placing him seventh individually amongst all golfers. Michael Yocum (Sr., Mora, Minn.) isn't far behind Swenson, being just nine over par currently, placing him 13th in the field. Charlie Cook (Sr., Rochester, Minn.) currently is shooting 20 over par, while Reed Larson (Sr., Richfield, Minn.) and Toby Robinson (So., Mankato, Minn.) round out the field for the Royals, both shooting 24 over par on the tournament.

The final round will take place on Monday.
