COLFAX, Wis.
- It's all in the family. Racing without top runner, NCAA All-American Dan Greeno (Sr., St. Michael, Minn.), Sam Greeno (So., St. Michael, Minn.) picked up the slack and the Bethel Royals men's cross country team competed well, finishing sixth out of 18 teams, at the Blugold Open today.

Bethel's top runner was the younger Greeno, who placed 20th, with a time of 26:45. Austin Hinrichs (Jr., Clara City, Minn.) and Denny Meints (Jr., Pine City, Minn.) were the next top runners for the Royals, at 26:57 and 27:15, respectively. Zach Haskins (Fr., Clara City, Minn.) 27:21, and Brian Anderson (Sr., Andover, Minn.), 27:27, rounded out Bethel's top five finishers in the 8k race.

The Royals now have two weeks to recover and train before the Oshkosh Invitational on October 17, at the Lake Breeze Golf Course in Oshkosh, Wis.
